Document (31 pages, typed on one side) from the U.N.R.R.A.,A complete report on the U.N.R.R.A Mission to the Netherlands, including everyone who participated and how and why they ended up with the organization. A detailed "logbook" of the entire mission, starting with a borrowed typewriter with only three legs, working from a hotel without a telephone and no reception. This all took place during the liberation, while the war was still raging in other parts of the country. Very interesting information, such as the details surrounding the completion in November 1945 of the repatriation of people in hiding. Also, a great deal of information about liberated Jewish citizens who returned to the Netherlands. These displaced persons (DPs) were often forced to return to DP Camps sadly sometimes in poor conditions. The organization provided Jewish dishes on the Jewish holiday. D. P. girls were put to work in Dutch hospitals. In addition, all the financial data relating to this mission has been provided, with assistance from Dutch organizations such as KLM, the Port of Rotterdam, Unilever, and the Dutch Central Bank.
