Originally designed in 1967 by Fabricius and Kastholm the FK tulip chair (also known as the bird chair) is one of those iconic, instantly recognizable, designs from the mid 20th century.The chair features creme coloured leaher upholstery with a white coated fibreglass shell on a special edition 4 star, aluminium swivel base with glides. (glides have all been checked and are complete). which make them perfectly suitable as dining chairs but can also be used as armchairs.These chairs, model 6728, are in very good condition. There is some light age consistent wear; please see the fotos also as part of the description.The chair has the Walter Knoll label stitched to it's side and also a metal plaque under the seat.
