Offered for auction is a nice original and unique name engraved Distinguished Flying Cross set in the original box, namd to Major Edward A. Borkoski JR, who enlisted in the US airforce in 1942 (see attached details. It has a beautiful periodic engraving to him. The set is in nice shape for its age, only the ribbon is loose from the back, see photo's. Beautiful enamel and patina. I have not done any research on him except for the screenshot provided.
