This Technics SL-BD21 is a semi-automatic belt-drive turntable, known for its ease of use and reliable performance. It was fully serviced in November 2025, comes with a brand new belt, and runs like a charm.The SL-BD21 features a DC servo-controlled motor and a 312 mm aluminium alloy platter, offering consistent playback at both 33 and 45 rpm. Wow and flutter are rated at just 0.045% WRMS, and rumble at –70 dB.This particular unit has been fully serviced, including the installation of a new drive belt, cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts, full speed calibration, and a full recap, meaning all capacitors have been replaced — ensuring electrical stability and long-term reliability for many years to come.The straight tonearm uses a static balance design and a plug-in connector for easy cartridge mounting. Tracking force is factory-fixed at 1.25 g, designed to pair with Technics moving magnet cartridges.
