A superb gilt bronze Gothic revival stand for a tusk or cornucopia, measuring circa 41.3cm in height and weighing 4210g, with cast decoration of a ferocious winged griffin supporting the ring and brace. The tusk ring is somewhat adjustible in angle as it sits on a hinge, and not every tusk has the same curvature. Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs.
