Glass and bronze coffee table attributed to Guido Mariani (b. 1950). It features a figurative nude bronze sculpture as the base supporting a semi oval glass top. Mariani is an Italian sculptor known for blending classical forms with modern materials.The glass has some chips in it where it came in contact with the sculpture and the sculpture has some abrasion from where the glass fitted in, but when the glass is sitting in the sculpture it is both not really visible..It is a beautiful work of art as well as a functional piece of furniture.
