Pioneer – PL-12D Platenspeler

This Pioneer PL-12D recordplayer is in great technical condition and was serviced in June 2025. It's a very charming and reliable Japanese turntable from the 70's, that's upgraded with gold-plated RCA cables, and an extra long powercable. Provided are a brand new belt and a brand new Audio Technica AT3600L cartridge. And while the dustcover shows a few clear signs of use, the walnut finished base is still pretty much like new.The turntable has a dark brown, walnut finished base in very nice shape and balanced black-silver colours and is fully functional. The silver platter rotates very smoothly and quietly. The unit comes with a brand new belt, new suspension foam, clean contacts and a freshly lubricated motor and spindle. It runs very stable and perfectly on speed in both 33 rpm and 45 rpm. The original Pioneer PL-12D dustcover looks clear and is smooth to the touch, while it shows a few marks and other signs of use such as those visible on photos 14-16. The cover solidly stands opened.
