Scheur in de onderhoek van pagina 7 zonder verlies van letters of woorden. Vlek in het bovenste deel, over het hele boek.Volle basane, band van die tijd. Ledemuis op de eerste plat over de lengte van de kast, kleine scheur in het leer bij de bovenste band, lichte wrijving en het karton van beide platen 'baille' lichtelijk, als gevolg van het nat worden.Le Muet was architect-engineer for Marie de Médicis, Louis XIII, and Anne of Austria. Among other things, he is credited with completing the Val de Grâce and the Château de Tanlay, as well as designing plans and drawings for the Hôtel Coquet, Hôtel Davaux, Hôtel Tubeuf, and the Château de Chevreuse. Unlike Fréart de Chambray in 1650, he did not provide a complete translation of the Italian treatise, but only a translation of the first book, revised and corrected (Traité des cinq ordres...), in a more practical octavo format.
