Very nice Dutch Amy officer's cross XV for 15 years honorable military service as officer, also often referred to as it gin cross. A silver cross with a wreath encircling the Roman numeral "XV" (15) at the center, symbolizing 15 years of service. The medal is made of solid gold-plated metal and the medal is in nicely used condition for its age. The medal comes with an original orange presentation box by the Van Wielik company. Instituted in 1866, this medal was awarded to officers of the Netherlands Army for 15 years of distinguished service.
