A printed manual with a camouflaged cover. On the back is a fictitious advertising text. However, the title page on the inside shows the real intention: "Handleiding ten gebruike van onze Nederlandsche bondgenooten met de bedoeling hen gedurende de komende bevrijding te helpen, en hun raad te geven. Uitgegeven door het Geallieerde Opperbevel".
