The interior retains the measuring apparatus as well as the original accessories and reference scales. Among the visible original components are the heavy metal measuring/compression chamber, two black-handled operating rods, metal clamping device, coloured control buttons and adjustment control. The original calibration/reference tables remain mounted inside the wooden case and include information for different types of grain and temperature corrections. The original manufacturer’s identification plate is still present:Franz PfeufferIng. für MühlentechnikTiefenstockheim, GermanySerial No. 1610220 V / 50 HzAn additional original German instruction label survives... lees verder bij Catawiki
