Participated in all-Soviet, all-Russian, Moscow, and foreign art exhibitions. His works are rare, and many of them are currently located in the Russian museums, private collections in Russia, and abroad.August evening, year 1975.Oil on board. Signed and dated 1975. Bears old exhibition label verso. There is also an official seal from the USSR’s Ministry of Culture.The painting was exhibited in Moscow in 1986 and sold from the exhibition for 700 rubbles (which was 6 average monthly salaries at that time). This important exhibition was organized by the Artist Fund of the Russian Soviet Republic. This painting is special, it comes from his famous series dedicated to the Seasons of the Year, which was painted by the Artist in 1975.The painting measures 80 x 48 cm. The frame measures 88 x 57 cm. Provenance: Private collection in the Netherlands, Private collection in London, Private collection of the Bank in London.
