Vintage Wingback Reclining Armchair with Footrest – Circa 1950s–1960s An impressive vintage wingback armchair upholstered in red leather. It features a tall backrest, generously padded scroll arms, decorative brass-coloured nailhead trim and small chromed castors. The chair is equipped with an integrated manual reclining mechanism and an extendable footrest. Photographs of the mechanism and the chair in its extended position are included. The piece is believed to date from the 1950s–1960s. No manufacturer’s label or designer’s signature has been found; therefore, the maker remains unknown.
