Corgi 1:43 – Modelauto – Corgi Toys 267 Rocket Firing Batmobile, Boxed – With Original Extra’s

This vintage Batmobile model (Corgi 267) was introduced into the Corgi range after the popularity of the 1966 Batman TV series. This heavy die-cast metal model has the iconic late-1960s tooling, a wealth of features – notably a triple rocket launcher with a set orange/red Rockets, a front-mounted pop-out chain cutter and a turbo exhaust flame that pulses in and out.This model has the much sought after gold wheels with red bat logos, plus Batman and Robin figures. It comes with its original 1960s packaging – a classic illustrated Corgi picture box that houses the model sitting on a plinth with decorative winged sides. Within the base is a small envelope containing an instruction sheet! As extra gadget a plastic Batman figure, given as inventive by the toyshop. The model was an instant success and achieved legendary status among collectors.In 1967 bij een bezoek aan Engeland cadeau gekregen. Vrijwel nooit gebruikt. Nostalgie uit de jaren zestig.
