Vintage and extremely rare 1950’s Baume et Mercier man’s chronostop watch with extra-small “spillino” round chrono pushers, in good condition and in proper working orderAka a “Doctor’s Watch” ref.515The top pusher pauzes the secondhand while pressing it in, the bottom pusher resets the secondhand to 12 o’clockThe original chromplated case measures 35 mm, without counting the crown, and it is in good used condition. The snap-on caseback is in very good condition. The case is signed Baume et Mercier and has the serial number on the caseback.The ETA cal. 1168 manual wind movement is signed Baume et Mercier and runs strong and it keeps time. The Chronostop function work correctly. The watch has no recent service history and as with any vintage watch, we recommend a service so you can enjoy this superb piece for a long time!The original white dial is in good condition, with some light even spread patina and here and there some light traces of useThis watch is fitted a nos supersoft nappa leather Hirsch wristband.
