The C. Thiriet Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouillé 2022 is a rare, high-quality natural white wine made by the talented Burgundian micro-négoce producer Camille Thiriet and her partner Matt Chittick. The wine is made from 100% Savagnin grapes from the Jura, but vinified in their cellar in Burgundy. Vinification: The wine first ferments in a modern concrete egg, then matures in old wooden barrels (228 liters) and finishes in stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
