The buttonhole attachment in original packaging and with operating instructions was produced for Singer from 1948 to the late 1980s.
Also providedwith 4 different buttonhole templates.

The buttonhole attachment is an attachment for a sewing machine that automates the lateral, forward and backward movements involved in sewing a buttonhole. The buttonhole attachment is connected to the presser rod of the machine and replaces the presser foot. The buttonhole attachment fits all the old Singer sewing machines.
